Cancellation & Refund Rules

Service period: 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase

Unused paid credits can be refunded pro rata to the amount paid, yourself at [Settings → Refund]. No cancellation charge within 7 days of purchase; after that, 10% of the refund is deducted.
Bonus credits are not refundable and are removed on refund. Withdrawal is restricted for credits already used.
Credits that pass their validity period expire automatically and are not refundable.
A single top-up is limited to ₩100,000, and credits cannot be transferred to another member.
Refunds are made only by cancelling the original payment.

How much storage do I actually get?

Storage has two limits: a view limit and a save limit. You can open any problem freely up to the view limit, and even past it your work keeps saving up to the save limit — only the overflow is locked, and it unlocks as soon as you subscribe to a higher plan. Free gives 10MB view / 100MB save, Plus 10GB view / 10GB save, and Pro 100GB view / 100GB save. The actual number of problems you can store varies by problem size (whether it includes diagrams, etc.).

What are credits used for?

Credits are used for AI problem recognition. They are consumed when automatically recognizing problems from photos or PDFs and converting them into editable format.

Do credits expire?

It depends on the type. (1) Prepaid (top-up) credits can be used for 12 months from the payment date, and refunds can only be requested within that period. After that, any remaining credits expire automatically and are not refunded. Bonus credits (top-up, promotion or compensation) follow the same period. (2) Subscription credits are granted each billing period and expire when that period ends; they do not roll over to the next period.
